Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, Europe Union, or China within 1–3 business days.

  • During busy sales periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Times

  • Average delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

  • Customs, holidays, and local delays may affect delivery times.

  • All delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Netherblocks is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they’ve been delivered to the shipping address you provided.

  • If your parcel goes missing, please contact the courier directly.

  • Only orders with Shipping Insurance selected at checkout are eligible for a free replacement if lost or stolen.

Shipping Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping, billing, and contact details before placing an order. We can’t change addresses once an order has been shipped.

  • Orders may arrive in more than one package.

  • International orders may face customs delays beyond our control.


Currency

  • All payments are processed in EUR (€).

  • Prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience, but exchange rates are live and may fluctuate.

  • Netherblocks is not responsible for changes in exchange rates applied by your bank or payment provider.


Pricing & Availability

  • Prices and stock availability can change at any time without notice.

  • If your order is canceled, the same item may no longer be available, or may be offered at a different price.


Order Review & Fraud Protection

  • Some orders may be held for review to confirm payment and details (e.g., phone number, billing info).

  • If this happens, we may contact you for verification before processing your order.

  • While under review, your account may be temporarily placed on hold.


Order Cancellations

  • We may cancel an order at our discretion.

  • If your order is canceled before you’re charged, you may see a temporary authorization on your account (this will disappear within a few days).

  • If your order is canceled after payment, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
