Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Netherblocks is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they’ve been delivered to the shipping address you provided.

If your parcel goes missing, please contact the courier directly.

Only orders with Shipping Insurance selected at checkout are eligible for a free replacement if lost or stolen.
